Matt Forde’s Political Party Podcast // Review

Written by Callum Moorin

Matt Forde’s one-off special of the Political Party Podcast at this years festival brought Conservative MP, Tim Loughton to the stage for a one-on-one dissection of his role in both the Leave campaign, and Andrea Leadsom’s leadership bid.

It’s compelling that this event was held in Pleasance’s Cabaret Bar, because that’s exactly what it felt like. Witnessing two people discussing two major events this year over a drink, with snippets of gossip about the goings on behind the closed (and open) doors of Westminster.

Matt Forde: It’s My Political Party (and I’ll Cry if I Want to) takes place everyday at the Pleasance Courtyard at 15:50 and 17:10 until Sunday 28th August 2016.
