Comedy Edinburgh Fringe 2017 Review

Rhys James: Wiseboy

Another year, another catch up session with Rhys James within his new show, Wiseboy. This time without a over-arching theme, we hear stories left-right-and-centre about being a millennial in this day and age. His parents remain solid characters with laughter inevitably following after they’re mentioned.

However the hour feels like it’s lacking in material and direction. Days later you’ll struggle to recall what actually happened within the show, but it’s still passable thanks to Rhys’ charisma and wit pulling it through.

Rhys James: Wiseboy is on at 6pm everyday at the Pleasance Courtyard until the 27th August
