That time of year has arrived where festival announcements are coming left, right and centre but by far, R&L (Reading and Leeds) has offered one of the strongest line-ups to date. There’s something for everyone.
Let’s start with the headliners, who needs three when you can have five?! Foals and Disclosure will be welcoming in the festival on the Friday, followed by the legendary Red Hot Chilli Peppers on the Saturday, then closing out the weekend will be Biffy Clyro and Fall Out Boy.
But the true strength lies in it’s acts a bit further down on the bill. The Vaccines, Lower Than Atlantis, Eagles of Death Metal, Imagine Dragons and Cage The Elephant all making UK festival exclusives. Also appearing following the success of a headline spot on the Festival Republic Stage, will be The Wombats. Other favourites include Two Door Cinema Club‘s return, Sundara Karma and The 1975.
