Ed Fringe 2014 Review

Ray Peacock: Here Comes Trouble (Review)

The title of the show, “Ray Peacock: Here Comes Trouble”, is emphasised before he even walks on stage, we are then taken on a journey throughout Ray’s recent times. You will hear stories that seem so funny it can’t be true and others which you are left stunned by. It does get rather dark at a certain point in the show, he tells the audience at the beginning not to dwell on it but your mind probably will for a while despite the best efforts on Ray’s behalf.

It’s clear that Peacock is a veteran of the Fringe with a well constructed show and perfect delivery throughout, the show could of easily gone wrong given the subject topic but it’s treated in the best way it could of been.

This really is an hour of great stand-up which really takes you on a journey with Ray Peacock.

You can catch “Ray Peacock: Here Comes Trouble” at Underbelly, Bristo Square at 21:25 (22:25) until August 24th. Tickets can be purchased here.
