Ever since the news broke back in October that Derren Brown is creating a industry-shaping experience for Thorpe Park, we’ve been dying for more details and today we finally received them, it’s a ghost train like never seen before.

The decor for the ride like no other will be no surprise for fans of Derren’s stage shows with the centre piece being a seven tonne Victorian train carriage suspended in mid-air, echoing Svengali.

Your journey on the ghost-train will be unique to you, with 12 variations and 2 extraordinary endings. Think of it as a very twisted Star Tours!

Surprisingly for a theme park attraction, it’ll run between 10-15 minutes, making it a worthwhile wait in the queue and warrant another visit to Thorpe Park.

Throughout the train ride you’ll encounter the perfect blend of live action and cutting edge technology, utilising HTC Vive‘s VR headset. This mix of both worlds will make for an experience you wont be forgetting for a long time.

Derren Brown’s Ghost Train will open at Thorpe Park in Spring 2016.
